Description:

Leaves slightly glaucous beneath, mid-green above. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.

Habitat:

Woodland along small stream, normally damp grassland, now dry, and dry cerrado/carrasco woodland on slopes of surrounding quartzitic hills. This plant growing on ground and over rocks, near stream in shade.
