Description:

Slender creeping herb, with rigid microphylls forming extensive patches over soil and rocks. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
Habitat:

Sandstone, metamorphic and quartzite rock outcrops with associated marsh, damp flushes and grassland, and some cut-over mixed deciduous woodland by stream and cerrado. This plant growing on rocks and soil by small river.
