Description:

Herb, 1.5 m tall. Inflorescence arising near base, bracts brownish, perianth translucent white tinged with blue on lower side. Fruits orange, seeds bright blue. Common, few with fruits. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Moist terra firme forest on Tertiary sediments, terrain.
