Description:

Bamboo with small, solid culms climbing over shrubs and small trees, reaching into them at 3 or 4 meters and hanging down from them. Culm leaves: sheath stramineous; blades not reduced, horizontal. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.

Habitat:

Mata Cipó, with cacti, bromeliads, and many vines.
