Description:

Tree 8 m, petioles on younger leaves red, flowers pale green. Urticating hairs on most surfaces. Understory of primary forest on slope. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Primary terra firme forest on terrain deeply dissected by many streams.
