Description:

Terrestrial or epiphytic herb growing on boulders near stream. Abaxial leaf surface red to greenish-red. Calyx lobes fimbriate. Corolla dark red with elongate appendages between reduced lobes. Corolla mostly bright red (including appendages) with white to dark red lobes.

Habitat:

Bosque Andino.
