Description:

scandent epiphyte. rachis, pedicels, calyx & lower half corolla dark orangish-red; distally the corolla banded maroon-black then white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

disturbed premontane forest along trail and open potreros; in prima-ry forest.
