Location:

French Guiana. Base camp at Pic Matécho, ca. 22.5 km NE of Les Eaux Claires. Rocky disturbed slope along stream and seepage area and low forest at top of slope. Alt. 468 - 500 m. (1535 - 1640 ft.)

Description:

Herb. Wound around tree on long slender rhizome. The fronds project downward at 30°angle, the reproductive structures pointing upward and perpendicular to the fronds. In low forest.
