Description:

Herb. Spontaneous. This species is more abundant here at the southern end of the garden than elsewhere on the NYBG grounds and has been for several years. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Lawn with planted specimen trees, with occasional rock outcrop that has spontaneous plants, mostly non-native.
