Description:

Prostrate or decumbent. Flowerspurple, darker spotted, solitary. This species seems to grow much taller in the rains. At present the flowers appear to be solitary, which is odd for a Dicliptera. Whole plant, including corolla, pubescent.
Habitat:

Exposed scrub-clad slopes where much firewood is cut.
