Description:

Small tree, 4 m tall. Immature fruits green, maturing to dark purple-black.
Habitat:

Growing on steep slope of dense rain forest in the Nepang Korasei area (name means "human skull", a formaer place for cannibals), well upland from the Nuip River, c. 800 m E of Imaki.
