Description:

Mostly on the forest floor in deep loose leaf mold and detritus, plentiful. Plants not densely leaved. Flowers tennish. Margin of tepal darker. Lip velvety brown-tan. Leaves cordate-acuminate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
