Panama. Coclé. La Pintada (Distr.). Corregimiento: El Arino. Parque Nacional Omar Torrijos. 6-10 km NNW from El Copé. Main trail from abandoned sawmill to the Comunidad La Rica. Alt. 400 - 800 m. (1312 - 2625 ft.)

Description:

Scandent epiphyte. Calyx red. Corolla tubular; yellow with bright red trichomes. Corolla lobes yellow; occasionally with red appendages alternate corolla lobes. Corolla consistently appearing closed. Nectary a single trilobed gland on dorsal surface.
