Description:

Woody vine. Abaxial leaf surface red. Calyx lobes pinkish-green; persistent in fruit. Mature fruit a fleshy capsule with light blue reflexed valves and dark blue inner-capsular layer.

Habitat:

Premontane/cloud forest.
