Description:

Terrestrial herb, 40-50 cm tall. Abaxial leaf surface red. Bracts and calyx lobes pink. Mature fruit a globose purple berry. Corolla campanulate and white. Nectary a bilobed gland on dorsal surface.

Habitat:

Premontane/cloud forest.
