Ecuador. Zamora Chinchipe. Nangaritza (Canton). Parroquia: Zurmi. Comunidad Centro Shaime (along Río Nangaritza). Forest 2-4 km NW of Centro Shaime. Forest on limestone outcrop (i.e., presence of sinkholes, rocks, and caves). Alt. 1000m. (3281 ft.)

Description:

Terrestrial herb, 60 cm tall. Inflorescence a terminal erect spike. Inflorescence branches red. Corolla yellow.
