Description:

Shrub, 70+ cm tall. Branched at base. Fruit a succulent orange berry with persistent calyx lobes.

Habitat:

Broad-leaved wet forest on exposed limestone referred to locally as "rak bwa" (primarily exposed solution pipes and sinkholes).
