Ecuador. Esmeraldas. Quinindé (Canton). The Mache - Chindul Ecological Reserve. Bilsa Biological Station. Mache Mountains, 35 km W of Quinindé, 5 km W of Santa Isabel. Collections made between the Dogala community and Yomar Andrade's house. Alt. 400 - 600 m. (1312 - 1968 ft.)

Description:

Tree, 20 m tall. Branches pagoda-like. Inflorescence an axillary erect panicle. Flowers yellow. Phenology of specimen: flower.
