Description:

shrub to 1.5 m tall. inflorescence viscid; petals bright pink becoming white at the base.

Habitat:

sandstone outcrops with sterile, white sand overlying black sand; Ericaceae, Eriocaulaceae, Winmannia, Melastomes. scattered.
