Description:

treelet. Terrestrial herb, inflorescence to 1.4 m, exceeding the leaves, upper inflorescence bracts white but eventually turning pink; flowers white except lower petal tinged with purple. By trail. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Disturbed forest on area of terra firme defined by a tight curve in the river. Frequent.
