Description:

Shrub. Shrub to 1 m, dense growth. Flowers translucent white with bright fuchsia-purple stamens. Still flowering below dropped leaves. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Slash and burn cleared forest area dominated by grasses & ferns. White sand. Some cultivation at recently cleared forest edge.
