Pyramidal treelet ca. 6 m tall, with slender, horizontal branches. Leaves earthaceous. Inflorescence pendulous. Corolla white. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Secondary forest with remnants of primary forest, on the left margin of the river. Caminho da casa de farinha.
