Description:

Tree. Tree, latex white, abundant, fruits red (yellowish at base), broadly elliptic, apex acute and apiculate, 6 cm long. Use: pulp around seed sweet, edible. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

Riverside and várzea (floodplain) vegetation, river at record flood level.
