Description:

Shrub to 1 m. with tawny indumentum. Leaves slightly viscid, bright green above, paler beneath. Calyx pale green with reddish tinged teeth. Petals whitish green. Anthers white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Open grassy slopes with marshy ground; low shrubs and low evergreen woodland in valleys by small stream and in shelter of sandstone rocks.
