Description:

Root-climbing hemi-epiphyte; flowers hidden under leaves, bracts red, corolla yellow tinged with red on limbs. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Floodplain between river and oxbow lake. Forest only slightly flooded each year.
