Description:

Tree. Tree 25 m x 45 cm, fruits orange, ellipsoid, pendent. Outer bark thorny, gray, shallowly fissured, lenticellate, thin, inner bark beige, latex cream. Use: fruits edible. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

"Baixio" -- forest subjected to periodic flooding in wet season.
