Description:

Herb. Herb to 30 cm. Plants slightly viscid. Inflorescence red tinged on axes. Flowers tiny, tinged pink.

Habitat:

Deep forest with patches of secondary forest due to abandon mines. Eperua, Dicymbe, Rubiaceae, and Piperaceae dominant.
