Description:

Herb. Herb/shrub, 0.5-1 m; stems brown, red when young, quadrangular; leaves green, sometimes red; flowers pink. Mature fruits covered with stellate hairs.
Habitat:

Disturbed, whited sands along waterways, creeks.
