Description:

Solo argiloso, sub-bosque, 5 cm DAP. Tronco circular com raízes escoras e pequenas sapopemas. Ritidoma bege, coberto de musgos, de aspecto rugoso. Ao corte casca morta fina; casca viva ocre com fibras alaranjadas, de 3 mm, oxida rapidamente esc.
