Description:

Hemiepiphyte; internodes terete, gray-brown, weakly several-ribbed on one side only (but plant not very fresh); petioles sheathed throughout, often overlapping blade base; sheath medium green, weakly glossy outside, slightly glossy inside, sheath margins spreading; blades subcoriaceous, semiglossy, slightly bicolorous; major veins sunken and concolorous above; midrib narrowly raised and glossy, paler below; primary lateral veins narrowly raised and concolorous below.
