Description:

coars epipetric shrub with pendant branches to 2 m long. flow. pendant, corolla cylindric, carmine red but white apically; anthers granular, tubules glabrous, both yellow-orange. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

steep soadbanks in partial shade of Alnus with dense forest. common.
