Description:

Plant rupícula, umbrófila. Folhas discolores. Espata verde e espádice alva, quando jovem. Pecíolo e caule, em corte transversal, revela uma resina castanha, fortemente amarga. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Formações rupestres; nas formações rochosas, sobre o córrego a direita, perpendicularmente a estrada que segue para o areal. muito frequente no local.
