Description:
Shrub 3 m. tall, with many arching branches. Flowers abundant all over the branches, but none open (12: 15 P.M., sunny). Corolla yellow-green.

Steep slopes, humid evergreen forest. Common and conspicuous from here to ca. 1500 m. along the highway at edge of forest, perhaps in a phase of mass blooming?. Common.
