Description:

terrestrial herb. Terrestrial herb 30cm, leaves variegated light green and whitish green, spadix arching and irregularly split open to reveal orange seeds. Photo. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Terra firme forest with open, irregular canopy and non-dominant presence of Guadua bamboo; undulating terrain. Rare.
