Description:

Spindly but much-branched erect shrub to ca. 1 m. Leaves pale green, imbricate. Calyx viscid, pale yellowish green below, purple above, with deep bright yellow upper tooth. Petals pale magenta. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Sandstone, metamorphic and quartzite rock outcrops with associated marsh and damp flushes. This plant in marsh.
