Description:
Decumbent shrub, 2 m, with clear sap. Petals white, turning brown, with deep-red, glossy 'nectar guides'; entire androecium covered with a yellowish, thick, sticky substance. Flower buds uniform in shape; round and somewhat flattened at the poles.
