Description:
Succulent terrestrial subshrub, 1-1.5 m tall. Stems quadrangular, slightly winged, green suffused with purple. Leaves rugose; adaxially dark green; abaxially purple. Calyx and bracts purple. Corolla campanulate; uniformly white; lower lobe fimbriate.
