Dominica. Saint Paul. Western trail to Morne Trois Piton (via Pont Cassé road). Understory of primary rainforest. Alt. 650m. (2133 ft.)

Description:

Shrub, 50 cm tall. Stems, leaves, and inflorescences with pilose pubescence. Leaves succulent. Calyx lobes green. Corolla yellow and tubular. Fruit a red to orange berry.

Habitat:

Understory of primary rainforest.
