Description:

Succulent terrestrial herb. Stems erect to 0.5 m tall. Rhizomes present. Flowers without peduncles (i.e., only single flowered pedicels). Calyx green. Corolla hypocyrtoid and orange.
Habitat:

Tropical montane wet forest.
