Description:

Terrestrial herb, 30-40 cm tall. Petiole deeply grooved on dorsal surface; perfoliate on stem and connected to adjacent petiole. Stems, petioles, and calyx lobes green with purple spots. Corolla absent.

Habitat:

Bosque Premontano.
