Location:

Peru. San Martín. Rioja Prov. Bosque Proteción Alto Mayo (BPAM), near Puente Aguas Verdes, confluence of Rios Aguas Verdes and Serranoyacu, trail to Perol, KM 397 on Highway 5N -Carretera Fernando Belaunde Terry. Alt. 1170m. (3839 ft.)

Description:

Lithophyte growing on vertical rock face with long pendent leaves. Leaves clustered on a short rhizome (basal rosette). Calyx light green. Corolla salverform and crimson red. Lower apex of throat with two prominent yellow spots.

Habitat:

Bosque montano - premontano.
