terrestrial herb. Terrestrial herb 1.2m, inflorescence axes and bracts pale green, flowers white with yellow center. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Open forest with palms on high terraces only occasionally dissected by streams. No presence of taboca (Guadua palm). Occasional.
