Location:

Bolivia. Tarija. Gran Chaco Prov. 5 km E of center of Villa Montes, on old road to Paraguay (not highway currently under construction) and 3.6 km E of the big fish monument on the Camiri-Yauiba highway. Alt. 370 m. (1214 ft.)

Description:

Erect fronds. Underside of fronds golden yellow at some stages.

Habitat:

In marshy area, mostly unshaded. Flat chaco woodland, disturbed and with a tree strata mostly of Prosopis chilensis.
