Description:

Tree, 4 m. tall. Trunk gnarled, with thick corky bark fissured in Giant's Causeway pattern. Corolla pale green. Calyx with ferrugineous indumentum. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Growing in cerrado in marginal to grassy campo.
