Bark without fissures and scallops yet with very shallow irregular cracs and often shedding small pieces of bark.

Notes
Smooth bark differs from rough bark by not giving any evidence of bark shedding and fissured bark differs from rough bark by having very distinct grooves that are either shallow or deep.
