    Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus signata, Allocasuarina, Leptospermum. . On dead wood in sand.

  • Description

    Pileus 6 cm broad, convex, with felty tan patches with some patches separating and showing some bits of pale pink on pileipellis fibrils with yellow context between, with sterile velar fragments at margin. Flesh yellow, cyanescent to upper third of stipe, white below and slowly brownish orange. Tubes adnexed, 2 cm deep, olive brown, cyanescent, with pores reddish brown, cyanescent. Stipe 12 cm long, 1 cm broad, equal, pale red at apex, whitish to tan below, fibrillose striate and obscurely pale orangish brown from handling, white at base.
