Description
Species Description - Herbaceous, erect or ascending, usually branched from near the base, slender, silky-pubescent, 1-3 dm. high. Leaves linear, lanceolate or narrowly oblanceolate, nearly sessile, 1-2.5 cm. long, about 3 mm. wide or less, acute or acuminate; peduncles 1-flowered, much shorter than the leaves, often shorter than the calyx; sepals lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, acute or acuminate, 3-4 mm. long; corolla white or pale blue, 6-10 mm. broad; capsule subglobose, about as long as the calyx.

Fine-lands and palmetto-lands, Great Bahama and New Providence : southeastern United States ; Jamaica ; Cuba to Anegada and St. Vincent. Silky Evolvulus.
