    Species Description - Although Standley described the inflorescence as "terminalis vel interdum lateralis cymoseo-paniculata laxe pauciflora c. 4 cm longa, ramis brevibus crassis densissime tomentosis, floribus sessilibus vel 2 mm longe pedicellatis," the specimen shows only some short axillary, very few-flowered (2-3) infloresences on short branches up to 1.2 cm long.
