Discussion
An interesting species firstiy described for Venezuela and now registered in Guyana. It is well-marked by its leaves, branchlets, and spikes of an olivaceous green color and exhibiting a very peculiar granulose-verruculose aspect when viewed under lens. Moreover, the thick leaves are faintiy penninerved.
