Description
Species Description - Leaves glabrous to glabrescent abaxially. Petiole to 2(-3) cm, glabrous or nearly so. Tertiary and higher order veins scarcely raised abaxially; tertiary veins randomly reticulate; areolation large, open and imperfect, not prominent and usually obscure. Inflorescence and flowers glabrous to sparsely pubescent.

Eastern Cuba, and perhaps west into Camaguey, Cuba.
